The role:

We are seeking an ambitious and committed Marketing & Events Coordinator who can turn strategy into results -- building campaigns, running events, and driving measurable growth for our membership and partners. This role is for someone who loves bringing ideas to life -- from smart campaigns to high-quality, well-run events that actually move the needle.

What you’ll own (outcomes, not just tasks):

• Event Planning & Execution: Lead logistics for 8–10 high-impact events per year, from ideation to post-event reporting; target 80%+ attendee satisfaction.

• Marketing Campaign Development: Create campaigns that generate measurable results—minimum 50 qualified leads per quarter for membership and partnerships.

• Brand Management & Content Creation: Produce on-brand communications, social posts, and collateral that drive engagement (average post engagement ≥5%).

• Stakeholder Communications & Promotion: Collaborate with partners, members, and internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and maximize reach.

• Data & Reporting: Track campaign and event metrics; provide actionable insights to improve outcomes.

What success looks like:

• Event attendance and satisfaction meet or exceed targets

• Membership leads increase 20% year-over-year

• New partner leads generated regularly

• Marketing campaigns hit KPIs for engagement, reach, and conversions

Key competencies:

• Project management with ability to juggle multiple initiatives

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Tech and digital fluency (CRM, social media, email platforms, analytics)

• Creativity with strong design awareness

• High responsiveness and service orientation

Location: BC (Hybrid/Flexible)

Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 CAD
