Discovery Foundation's Founder Growth Program

The Discovery Foundation’s Founder Growth Program is designed for early-stage tech CEOs transitioning their ventures from approximately $250,000 to $1 million+ in ARR. Through 6 monthly intensive sessions covering critical growth areas – from people and strategy to product-market fit and funding readiness – the program delivers high-impact learning combined with facilitated peer mentorship roundtables. With a strong commitment to supporting diverse founders and entrepreneurs, the program creates an inclusive environment where participants develop strategic growth roadmaps, validate business models, and build the leadership capabilities needed to scale their ventures successfully.
